利用できる時間はいつですか？ / What are the opening hours?
毎日7:00から22:00までご利用いただけます。
22:10に施錠されますので、それまでにご退出ください。
Open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Please leave before the doors are locked at 10:10 p.m.
登録後、すぐに利用できますか？ / Can I enter immediately after registering?
登録が完了すると、顔認証による入室が可能になります。
認証できない場合は、登録内容をご確認ください。
You can enter after completing your registration.
If face recognition fails, please check your registration details.
登録していない人も一緒に入れますか？ / Can an unregistered guest enter with me?
利用者ご本人の登録と顔認証が必要です。
登録していない方を一緒に入室させないでください。
Each user must register and complete face authentication.
Please do not allow unregistered persons to enter with you.
顔写真の登録にはどのくらい時間がかかりますか？/How long does facial registration take?
3分程度で完了します。
The registration process takes approximately 3 minutes.
カメラの前に立っても開きません。/The door does not open even when I stand in front of the camera.
カメラに正面から顔を向けて数秒お待ちください。認証エラーが続く場合はマイページ（https://confort.briquetonline.com/mypage/）から顔写真を再登録してください。
マイページのパスワードは登録時にメールでお送りしております。
Please face the camera directly and wait a few seconds. If the authentication error persists, please re-register your facial photo from your My Page: https://confort.briquetonline.com/mypage/.
Your My Page password was sent to you by email when you completed your registration.
メガネやマスクを着用していても利用できますか？/Can I use the facility while wearing glasses or a mask?
メガネについては利用可能ですが、マスクについては顔認証ができないため、外してカメラに顔が十分映るよう調整してください。
Glasses are acceptable. However, facial recognition cannot be performed while wearing a mask. Please remove your mask and ensure that your face is clearly visible to the camera.
髪型を変えた場合でも利用できますか？/Can I still use the system if I change my hairstyle?
軽微な変化であれば問題ありません。認証しづらい場合は再登録をお願いします。
Minor changes to your appearance should not affect authentication. If you experience recognition issues, please re-register your facial photo.
